Dear Inner Waves, I feel my heart went to the gym today! After these days with you, my inner cup got filled and it feels great inside now. I feel peace, and like a cookie taken out from the oven, ready for the world! Thank you for such a beautiful experience. Each day brought me a meaningful experience and awareness moments.
